Real Story Of Amelia The Doll

Amelia had listed on eBay and it was one of the most watched dolls. The ad said it was made in 1994 and was called Amelia. Its former owner claimed that the doll had blue eyes when it arrived home, and that they had turned green from the first paranormal manifestations. She had however taken care of Amelia and had never exposed her to the sun. She also explained that since she had this doll, every night, she was awakened by baby crying. EMF measurements had been taken and they seemed to indicate that the doll gave off a very special energy.

Amelia had been sold and she had quickly come to her new owner. He didn't believe the story was true, but he had noticed a strange thing: every day when he left his house to go to work, a loud noise echoed through the house. His efforts to locate the source of this noise had been fruitless.

One night, while sitting in his living room, he heard the same noise. He crossed the hall and discovered the doll standing near the door. She had her back to him. A strange feeling crossed him and he hastened to replace the doll on a shelf in his room, which allowed him to see it. That night he went to bed with Amelia facing him on her bookshelf but during the night he was awakened by a strange laugh. The doll, from her shelf, greeted him with a smile and her eyes seemed to shine an even more intense green. Far too scared to keep Amelia, her owner immediately sold her. Since then, the doll has found a new home, the address of which is unknown.

This story, which I have summarized, has everything of an urban legend: it was very poorly written, the alleged ad cannot be found on eBay, and, according to some sources, the original doll from 1994 already had these strange green eyes.
